Fees already earned for advisory periods are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Unused advisory time does not roll over unless expressly stated.

11. Product Photography & Creative Services

Photography and creative services are provided according to the agreed project scope.

Creative direction, revisions, timelines, image selections, and deliverables shall be governed by the applicable project proposal or agreement.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

Arkeaus retains ownership of preliminary work, drafts, concepts, rejected images, working files, and production materials unless expressly transferred.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed through providers including Stripe or other approved payment processors.

You agree to provide accurate payment information.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Arkeaus reserves the right to charge applicable taxes where required by law.

13. Intellectual Property
